Some people enjoy the cold weather and snow, while others clearly do not. Over the last few years, we seemed to have been spared the brunt of it from Mother Nature – however this year it seems like we’re getting our due and more. Now that we’re towards the end of January, many people are looking at the list of New Year resolutions wondering which one they can achieve as soon as possible. While being trapped inside during some extremely cold days might not be your first choice, it does provide you with opportunities to get your house “in order”.
Did you know that the #2 ranked New Year resolution in 2014 is “Getting Organized”? Now is the perfect time to follow through on what you promised yourself. Getting rid of the items you no longer want or need, can really take a lot of weight off your shoulders and provide for a more pleasant living environment. Everyone has items that they haven’t used or touched in a few years or more (personally guilty). The old piece of furniture or exercise bike which may have once served a specific purpose, has now become a clothes rack in the bedroom. If you are fortunate enough to have a garage and can’t park inside due to accumulated junk, we can help you.
At Eco City Junk, we remove the items you no longer want while leaving little, if no impact on the environment. We recycle, repurpose, and redistribute as much as possible after each visit to a customer. Once you’ve gone through your home and made decisions on what you can live without, contact us and we will take care of the rest. Whether you have a single old television, or a basement filled with junk, no job is too big or too small for us to handle. In the end, you’ll be left with a less cluttered home or living space, and most importantly you can cross off one of your New Year resolutions.
