Are you licensed and insured?

We are licensed and insured to provide removal services at your home, office, or business.

Is Eco City Junk a franchise or part of a chain operation?

Eco City Junk is an independently owned and operated small business. We are not affiliated with any other junk removal or hauling operation. We don’t pay franchise fees or commissions so we can pass those savings on to you.

Will most of my stuff end up in the landfill?

We recycle as much as possible.

What about reusable items?

We bring many of the reusable items to non-profit organizations in the area.

Are there any types of items you don’t take?

We are prohibited from taking hazardous materials such as paint, oil, gasoline, certain household chemicals, and aerosols.  We can remove just about anything else that you might have.

How quickly can I get service?

We will make every effort to accommodate your removal needs, including providing same day service when possible.  You’ve trusted us to complete the job, so we’d like to take care of you as soon as we can.

How much do you charge?

Our pricing is based primarily on how much space your items take up in our truck.  There are a few instances where additional fees may apply, which we can discuss in further detail if needed.

Do you offer estimates?

We are able to offer free estimates, often by providing a general idea of pricing over the phone. In some instances, an on-site estimate can be scheduled.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept cash, check or credit card payment once the job has been completed.
